This porcelain espresso maker called Seppl (chuckle) made me look. On their temporary site they explain that porcelain is ideal as it is neutral in taste. The machine is attached to the wall which helps keep the work space open. Quite a beautiful apparatus, no? Designed by Arvid Haeusser.
