The universe is a big place. So big that it could give the most priggish person a more human, down-to-earth personality. We’re such tiny beings that even our neighborhood, the Milky Way, makes us look like atoms in the expanse of space.
Unfortunately for those living in big cities seeing the Milky Way is a though task, but for anyone further away from urban madness it’s a delight to the eyes. In long-exposure shots we can actually see how enormous the Milky Way is, since we can actually see just of its many arms. And it’s great that some photographers appreciate it so much that they take their time taking these fantastic set of pictures. These are the work of Michael Shainblum, Lincoln Harrison and David Lane, three talented photographers that you should really get to know more by visiting their portfolios, simply by clicking each image. I hope you enjoy these, and if you got your own Milky Way pictures, don’t forget to share them with us! Cheers. 😉
